The computer is good. The only issue which I didn't notice before I bought it is that it has no USB ports

Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my mom, after switching her from a PC laptop. OMG! she loves everything about it, especially that all her information is synced across all Apple devices and it user friendly even for the technology challenged.

I absolutely love my MacBook. I am so dedicated when I stepped on my old one, the next day I went to purchase this MacBook Air. My new MacBook has so much extra storage I never have to worry about erasing old photos to clear up storage data.

This is my first MacBook Air. I have always had windows laptops. I wish I made the move sooner. This laptop is great for day to day work don’t recommend for heavy duty editing go with the pro for that however this laptop is great for its value and a steal at it’s price.

Beautiful looking laptop. Fast and furious but a fan comes on when on Zoom. Otherwise great buy!

We recently bought three items at Best Buy - a laptop, modem/router, and a wireless printer. We had the same salesperson all three times because we specifically asked for him. He was very knowledgable and helpful. We are happy with all of the products too.

This is a great machine, powerful and do everything I need it to do. It’s pricey but I do recommend it.

I bought this after reading the rave reviews everywhere. And it works very well. But I have two warnings. First, the webcam is pretty awful. In zoom meetings I look like I must have a first generation webcam from the 90's. But more importantly, the computer can't handle anything more than simple projects on IMovie. I cut a 13 minute video with a few layers of video, audio and titles, and it causes continual crashes. After multiple sessions with Apple tech support, the conclusion is that there are no defects -- I'm just pushing it past it's capability. But all this took time, and I'm just outside my 15 day return period. I would have upgraded to a MacBook pro but it just took too long to find out this computer isn't good enough for my needs, after spending $1200. I'm pretty upset.

Still getting used to it. But it works without any problem. I wish I had a resource book about it.

Overall the computer is great but my mid 2013 MacBook Air camera is clearer than this grainy 2020 camera.

Purchased this open box Mac Book and couldn't be happier. Best Buy stands by their merchandise. Thank you Geek Squad for assisting with this purchase.

I have an IMac which i like a lot. However,I like my new mac book air just as much if not more because i can move around the studio with it on my lap or wherever i take it . It does everything that i expected and more. Its really great for me!

Completely happy with this purchase. I have a question, with the free gifts included in this purchase are they already uploaded on the MacBook? Also, purchased a Playstation 5 and picked up on the 14th, how do I add those points to my rewards?

It’s ok but the fan is loud and you can not edit on here I should have waited for the New MacBook

The MacBook Air exceeded my expectations. I love the everything connects, I now have a complete system. By having the MacBook Air, i now have a connected system. The Iphone and mini ipad all work will with the MacBook Air. This was an excellent choice for me.

Over all it is a great machine. The power cord is too short and the lack of USB port is a problem.

Nice machine, a little slow for what it should be. I’m disappointed that it has no USB ports.
