Got as a Christmas present for my teenage daughter to prepare for college. So far so good. She is really enjoying it and seems to work great! I must say it has the best sounding speakers I have ever heard on a laptop! Very pleased.

Fantastic Mac book Air. I recommend getting the extra memory if it is for a teenager. Keys do not stick so far, as that was a problem with a previous generation Mac Book , that actually had a recall. The I5 processor works like a champ.

Choosing between the Air & the Pro, I would go with this one because unfortunately I don’t think as a college student we will use all the features of a Pro, therefore this is worth my value unless you just like to have the latest. Great buy.

This laptop was a replacement for my daughter's 5 year old version of the same model. Seems like that is about the time between upgrades. Never had a problem with the Apple MacBook Air and don't anticipate have any this time around either.

Great computer for the price. First Mac laptop computer and so far it’s working very well.

I purchased this laptop for my son in high school as he was having issues connecting with his older computer for class and for his Intro to Computer Science class. So far so good and he even enjoys watching Netflix on the weekends as well.

I've had this mac for almost a year now and it's still running as it was the day I bought it. One of the main reasons I like mac computers so much is how they maintain their power over time and this shows.

I love Mac and the student offer for the MacBook Air was better than Apple offered. I am very pleased with my purchase and in these days of remote learning, I needed a quality, reliable laptop These aren’t cheap but they aren’t junk either.

I am comparing apple with Microsoft and I am disappointed of how much harder it is to use everything, I understand different features but if you like windows, stay with windows, Microsoft office works so much better with windows and it lacks many features or maybe I just COULD NOT FIND THEM, and windows is a much more user friendly, plus, if you are in school, everything is compatible to windows, not mach. I had to submit my homework two times for several chapters because teachers cannot grade in one day. Only get a mach if you are passionate about learning and want to know both systems because you will be disappointed with a mach if you want easy. You have to have time to explore and find out how a Mach works and it is not fast. I have always used Windows all, and Microsoft office for work, school and everything. I did not enjoy google docs and eventually I tried the iPhone so I figure, I should try apple, first, I did not get the apple credit to get a computer but eventually Best Buy, the best company to purchase online gave me the credit and discounts to get it. Thanks Best Buy for the chance to learn something new.

Great laptop but terrible camera .................

An excellent attention from the beginning . Domain and knowledge of the person who sold the product. I love the color of the labtop and what can I do to improve my job in class in combination with the other apple instruments a have.

I use this laptop to edit some light videos on YouTube, and to run my graphic design business. I am currently using this laptop for schooling which is very reliable since all of my schooling has moved to remote teaching from COVID-19.

Chose this over the MacBook pro I'm happy with the choice. It's small reliable had the magic keyboard DDR4 ram and 512gb ssd. The Iris pro graphics are good for driving external display. And the two USB c slots are enough with a good dongle

I do like the MacBook but did experience some bad luck with my initial purchase. The battery was malfunctioning and had to return it back. I was then informed they did not have the same one so I had to upgrade - which was more expensive. I decided to purchase the extended warranty at this time just in case sine I had already bought the tech support with my initial purchase.
