I purchased this macbook air for my granddaughter and she loves it . We had to call customer service to assist with downloading microsoft but it was quick and easy.

purchased this as a Christmas present for my Daughter as she will be starting college next year. Item arrived on time and was exactly as described. She loves it.

The only complaint we have about it is that it heats up quickly and microphone performance is very scatchy. We had to bring it to apple support to get the issue corrected. I feel like we wasted our money with it.
