I really like having a MacBook Air, but if you even play the smallest games, this base model is not for you. Minecraft is pretty slow but still playable. Overall a decent laptop but nothing special in terms of performance. The screen is actually really nice so if that's something you like then this is a good laptop. The size is nice if you like to watch movies in bed and it's very portable.

Purchased instead of the new iPad Pro. I did so because I prefer a keyboard and I was able to pick up this particular MacBook Air model for a little over 850 dollars as an open box return. Great for a students or individuals who do not run programs that utilize a large amount memory

I bought this computer a couple of months ago for work. I was able to pick it up on sale and save a couple hundred dollars which was really nice. I was slightly hesitant to buy this device because I have heard bad things about the keyboard. I personally have not had any issues.

At first I was a bit upset because there was difficulty with the shipping process but once that situation was settled everything else was perfect. My mac came in very good condition for being an open box and it was looked over by geek squad which I appreciated very much.

My daughter requested this computer to get her through college. We went with this model, versus the one from last year because of the better screen resolution, since she's a photographer and edits lots of pics on it. However, there are no slots for an SD card or anything, so she has to upload her camera pics to either her sisters older macbook air, or my pc laptop. Apple should have included the ports on this version for the higher price point. I would only recommend to people that don't need any sort of connections to anything else.

I bought this machine for my father to replace an older MacBook Pro. He has thoroughly enjoyed it and has told me many times thanks for the nice computer. The only complaint is it doesn't have the SD slot for memory cards and doesn't have any peripheral slots either.

I love the screen how it doesn’t change colors when moved back and forth only issue is there is no USB port so you have to buy an attachment!

I will NEVER not buy an Apple. So easy to sync with phone & watch. Never have any issues that I had with Microsoft based computers in the past. It’s a bit more upfront but the last couple of Microsoft based computers I’ve purchased didn’t last a year before having issues.

we bought this for our daughter who is going away to college. We wanted a machine that we wouldn't have to worry about viruses or slowness issues. This MacBook hasn't given her any issues. In fact we both an additional one for our second kid.

I really like this computer. Fast, cute, no viruses. Only 4 stars because this is a replacement for a 2016 that’s motherboard gave out.

My daughter goes to a virtual school and has trouble with the sound about 4 times a year. But we call Apple and they walk us through how to fix it and it works again ... until it don't. Otherwise no issues at all. However, I would not buy this again for schooling. Schools systems not work with Apple software. Have to convert everything and it's a pain otherwise it's nice. Just could have paid way less to do better for what we needed it for.

I replaced a 7 year old MacBook Air with this latest version. I love it! I am not a power user, and this is probably not the best computer for that type of person. My needs are web browsing, email, spreadsheets, word processing, etc., and it is perfect for those purposes.

It is a very fast loading laptop. All the Microsoft apps work very smoothly on the device.

I finally switched over to all Apple products, I must say this was a great decision. The MacBook Air was so easy to switch my files from the PC. The Air immediately recognized and installed my printer. I am very happy with my purchase.

I love how lightweight & thin it is that I’m able to take it with me everywhere. The installed apps are also great & user friendly!

I’m still getting used to the Mac keyboard and I find it a bit ‘clicky’ noisey when it’s quiet. The machine itself runs quickly.

My old MacBook was great but finally need a new one ... this one is so great too ... I’m going to school to it work for that ..

These last forever. Our last one was over 12 years old and still working. We figured it was time for an upgrade. I would highly recommend to anyone searching for a laptop. They are more expensive, but they will last 10 + years. No other product can match that.

I enjoyed using this computer because I got it for my start of college and didn't have any problems with it. It is very sleek and convenient. Since its a MAC, I like how my phone can be connected through my MAC when not being on my phone.

This laptop is a quality product. Great for high school or college students. Overall it has many great features that will allow the user to do almost anything. Apple laptops are my choice for any go to purchase for students and adults alike. A great choice!
