So far, so good. Wondering why Apple chose to keep the old head phone jack on this new model. Doesn’t make sense! Now you have to carry a easily misplaced converter or 2 head phones.

I don’t want to get too much into the specs b/c everybody does that. I do h/e want to point out a few things that have irritated me. - Operating system upgrades: It came w/ Mojave and shortly upgraded to Catalina. Catalina has serious compatibility issues w/ any app that’s not created by Apple or in their App Store. Ensure if you’re using this device for creative purposes you can atleast add your programs. The OS didn’t even want to work w/ antivirus(Webroot) that has worked before the upgrade. -Poor storage: It has an issues w/ there often being ghost files. I underestimated the storage capacity as well. I understand devices never give you full storage but about 1/3 -1/4 is taken up by the basics and the rest is what you can use which is minimal. And you really can’t upgrade the storage ,short of buying a new device or using external storage.

My favorite purchase of the year.. such a great laptop it’s everything I’ve wanted in a laptop and more!! The first job I applied for on this laptop I got! Must be a good luck charm

I love my macbooks and swear by them, however, there is one flaw for me with this device. The keyboard is extremely flat which takes a lot of getting adjusted to if you’re not used to non-raised keys. I do love that I can use my fingerprint to login to the device instead of always typing my password. Screen display is good and sound quality is what you would expect.

Does what it's supposed to. Rather expensive but that's all apple products

Best Buy's employees are extremely helpful. They are happy to followup with any questions I pose to them. I'm still learning to use the MacBook, but so far, I am very happy with it.

Great Samsung appliances for my new kitchen. Purchased the stainless steel dishwasher, over the range microwave, range and side by side refrigerator. My kitchen looks beautiful!

This Mac Book Air is simply one of the finest Apple products we have ever purchased and we have purchased a lot over the years. I highly recommend this laptop to anyone looking for one.

Pretty easy switch to IOS after watching a few instructional video- glad I made the switch- I love the touch pad for signing into MacBook and other password protected sites!

The computer was purchased to replace an older computer. Having additional security measures added to the computer gave us more piece of mind . We are enjoying the new equipment.

It is a good lap top for the price. The battery seems to last along time.

Always wanted a MacBook and the adjustment from an HP to an Apple was very easy. It helps to have grandchildren that have them, but didn't need to ask for much help.. I love it.

I had a Mac Book Pro,the track pad went bad. It was more economical to get a new laptop. If I had purchased apple care I could have gotten the Mac Book Pro fixed for no cost. Lesson learned I have Apple Care on this one.This laptop has finger print recognition nice The numbers for speed are not as good as the pro but the technology makes it run just as fast.

First time buying a laptop and I love it especially the space grey color
