Since Apple removed the USB port, you need to spend extra $20 at least to buy USB-C port to connect the USB.

I opted for this model at the time because I was able to get it cheaper as it had less storage space and buying an external dive to off load photos and designs has worked out well. Great speed and it’s 2024 and still working like a champ. I like that is so lightweight and have had no issues with the overall performance. I would buy this model again with increased storage for apps.

This Macbook Air is really good. The only reason I gave it 4 stars out of 5, is because sometimes it feels defected. But Overall a great laptop.

This is my first Apple computer. So far so good. The only thing I dislike is the camera quality. It’s a bit poor but I don’t use it any way.

I have many Mac products. They have all done a great job for me. She’s starting college and I thought she would need a good dependable computer.

Overall it’s a great laptop, the only downside is the quality of the camera! Hope they can eventually get it upgraded!

It’s a great product but I wasn’t happy that I needed to purchase an additional cable to charge my phone. Also, camera is blurry at times.

This was purchased for my daughter’s college laptop. Combined with the cloud storage, it should be the perfect laptop for school.

Well, my wife wanted to get a Mac to be able to do some crafty thing. This thing works just fine, though the account set up process isn't the most intuitive. I had to call to reset the device due to her forgetting her password immediately. Good service but kinda cumbersome. For the money, I could do a lot cooler with a PC. I just don't get the whole apple thing, seems like a marketing thing more than a compandy or device thing.

MacBooks are more expensive than their competitors due to their reliability and quality.

Design of the MacBook Air is great as expected. I think the implementation, the craftsmanship, trackpad, it all looks really good. The processor, despite being the Y series processor works very well. I think it would have been nice for Apple to use the i7 Y processor as the standard configuation, given that this device has seen a price increase. However, the Y series dual cores are plenty powerful. Battery life, Sound, Hardware, Build, all really good. Let me mention where I think Apple could have done much bettter. The butterfly keyboards just aren't pleasant to type on. They keys are shallow, although the new gen butterfly keyboards better than last gen. Just not that good. Some people will like them and some will dislike, the bad part is if you dislike, you have no other options. The display is quite DIM. While the colors are great, the display is quite dim and it isn't nearly as good as the Macbook Pro displays, although it is miles better than the previous gen Macbook Air. Lastly, I don't understand why base configurations still come with 128gb. When will will this end? It quite simply isn't enough storage to not have to worry about managing your storage. 256 should be the bare minimum. Prices of SSD's have come down in recent years. Overall, it is not quite the Macbook Air that we wanted, and I am hopeful that next years Macbook Pro's keep an option with the new keyboard to have a non-touch bar display. As a developer, I want my function keys. This implementation is good, but it isn't a great value. It should have and could have been done a bit better. We were all looking for a $899 Mac Laptop, this was unveiled to us as not being it.

This is my first mac computer. So far I love it. My use of this is minor so hardware restriction is not an issue for me.

I’m sure it will end up being great but initially took a week to get the App Store working. Several hours w apple support.

I was a little scared at first to buy it, but everything worked out just fine. Hopefully nothing bad happens after.

So far I love my new MacBook Air. The quality of pictures is good. I love how I can use my finger print to log in.

got for my daughter whixh was unhappy w her hp due to always using iphone and ipad now they are all as one and she is happy

After using a PC for years i thought it was time for a change. There is a bit of a learning curve but so far I like it!
