Disappointed

So, I was pretty disappointed with this laptop. Its good for doing homework and checking email but I really wanted to be able to play my game (The Sims) and it just runs hot and too slow. This is way too expensive to not be able to do everything on it. Very disappointed.

Works well enough but not amazing

The laptop I now have is also open box, works okay, but doesn't have the processing power "comparative" processors seem to have. Not worth full price, but the open box discount just brought it over the edge.

Ideal for Students
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the previous model of the MacBook Air, and the battery life of the new one is so much better. It's lasted me a full day without having to charge, literally from like 1pm to 10pm while I was doing research and writing essays. The fan doesn't start and the computer doesn't get heated like the previous model. It's also super light and the sound is great too. For those of you who type in class, the keys aren't as loud as the old MacBook Air. Color wise, it's more of a bronze gold so it's not the same gold color as the iphone/ipad. Honestly it looks more like a rose gold but slightly off. The only downside is that there are only 2 lighting ports.

Limited functionality

When i purchased i asked for the latest greatest apple laptop for a teenager this is what they suggested. In addition, its usb technology even needs an adapter to interface with anything such as printer or flash drive.
