Bought it changed 3 times for new one still not working

It is a good laptop with many feaurures on it to enjoy

not very fast. need more speed for what I needed to do.

One star because I could not select zero. Less than 2 years old with light use and does not start up! It was working fine until I updated to Catalina. After downloading the software it shut down never to run again. Junk!!!

I bought it last year in August as a gift for my daughter for school. Right out the box battery died when I open it in September 2020. (After paid off) Warranty expired and both Apple and Bestbuy want to $700 for repair.

Totally unhappy with the product. Machine consistently dropped the WiFi connection and sometimes wouldn’t even turn on

Last night just went off I used a working charger from my friend, thinking that that could be the problem but it doesn’t turn on at all

computer is easy to use but the logic board is bad already, after one year using and apple dont want to fix !

I purchased this MBA when it initially released in November and I am very happy with it. Although this is not my first time in the macOS system, this is my first personal Mac computer. I had been eyeing the old MBA for a while, but I kept waiting and hoping Apple would release an updated version with Retina display and finally they did! As someone who's not a stranger to the Apple ecosystem, I knew that the Retina display would be far superior to the old MBA. I made the switch from a 2012-2013 HP Envy m6 15" and I am not looking back! This thing is lightweight, which makes me want to take it to school with me, it's fast (I mean all new computers are but still), and I don't mind the keyboard. I would say I'm a fast typer and I have not noticed any issues using the butterfly keys on this computer. Overall, I really don't do much on it besides homework, browsing the internet, and watching movies/TV. It's not like I'm a graphic designer so the processor power and the storage is more than plenty for me. Plus, most of my files/pictures/documents I keep in the cloud or on a flash drive.

Great purchase. Thin and light weight. The rose gold is. Batter life is good! Retina display is amazing.

I just got this laptop for college and I can attest to the fact that it is phenomenal. Pros: Great battery life - 9+ hours during pretty heavy web browsing Booming stereo speakers Clean, crisp keyboard Lightweight and portable - great for carrying around Exceptional display - the shrunken bezel fits the crystal clear display perfectly Sexy recycled aluminum alloy enclosure Cons: Meh webcam Lack of a USB-A port, requires an adapter (which is not that much of an inconvenience)
