Unfortunately my other one lasted for only one year and I ended up back in the market. I always get a bit nervous to pay so much for a Mac however it really is worth it. It works great and I know it will hold up over time. If you are debating whether to spend the money for a MAC my recommendation is to do it- I regret NOT spending the money last year to get this machine. ***Also the gold color is beautiful!
