    While the computer works great, the battery life is very disappointing compared to prior generation. Have since upgraded to the newer version with M1 chip which has significantly improved battery life.

    I've always used an Android, and bought an iPhone 8Plus a year ago, mostly for the camera. The iPhone impressed me so much that when my Windows laptop "died," I was determined: NO MORE WINDOWS! The MacBook Air has not disappointed in ay way. Would highly recommend. The learning curve from Windows is a non-issue; I enjoy my MAC education, and everything about it.
