Decided to upgrade to a Macbook. Pleased with the product! Feels light!

I like everything about this laptop except the charger cord that is short.Other wise the price is reasonable and it’s easy to work.

But I doesn’t have way to connect my USB. I should buy another device for it.

Last computer was 3 years old. This thing is fast. Great display and speed.

So happy with this laptop. Its so unassuming physically yet it is so powerful and Retina display is immaculate. I feel like the price for the model I bought, about $1100, checks all the boxes. I dont even know where to begin with the review. The weight is so low I have down jackets that weigh more, It charges really fast and the battery lasts what seems like limitless. I have a light carrying case and when I put the computer in it, it takes a few moments to realize I have the laptop in it. The graphics are beautiful and Ive watched several movies in HD/4k and the image is gorgeous. The screen size I believe is the perfect size for managability and efficiency. One really cool function I have never had on a computer, only on my iPhone, is the fingerprint to unlock the screen and provide passwords. This cuts down on user time and enables you to hit the ground running everytime one starts using the computer. The keyboard's functionality is top-notch too and my "words per minute" is just as fast, if not faster, as an isolated keyboard. Furthermore, the MacBook Air uses the iCloud to seemlessly run all my Macintosh devices together, which is such an advantage as it was designed to do so. As long as Im connected to the Intranet my MacBook knows when Im on iPhone and updates for example my Notes, My Calendar, and iTunes, etc; creating a system or personal network of data that runs through the cloud. This System allows to maintain low local data storage to enable high rates of computer speed. Overall, what a beautiful device that really has everything. Looking back one thing I would have done differently was I wish I had opted to maximum RAM. Not that the computer is extremely fast but I do believe in the value of maximizing the RAM for computer systems as this the computers core strength in operating the operating system and software. I was just trying to save money but will go for the upgrade next week. One thing to also be aware of is how few ports there are on this computer. I had to purchase an adaptor derive the different ports needed the use different functions and devices. However, one adaptor serves several different ports. I believe I paid around 80 dollars or so. I think the design has to do with this. The width of the laptop I estimate to be at centimeters but if the cost of having the laptop extremely thin is need for an adaptor Im all for it. External ports on a laptop or ugly in my opinion anyway and dirt can in the crevices and damage the laptop anyway. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this computer enough and in this case you really do get what you pay for. Everything about this MacBook is just so solid! Pay a little extra for the Macintosh instead of a PC; the life span of this computer I believe will far outlast that of a PC and the computer will be cheaper over time than that of a competitor. The MacBook is just so sexy go for it! BestBuy offers zero percent financing for 12 months on items that cost this price.

This is an amazing computer for the price. It’s sleek and very thin. It’s so light weight that makes it really easy to travel with and put in your book bag. It charges really fast and lasts you the whole day. It has an amazing high resolution screen. You don’t have to be memorizing passwords when you can just unlock it with your fingerprint which makes life so much easier. I love how you can sync your phone with your MacBook to receive and make FaceTime calls and text. Overall it’s a great laptop and If I could I would definitely repurchase.

This laptop is gorgeous! The display is amazing and the gold color is beautiful. The keyboard is a little different than my old MacBook Pro. The keys don't "click" as much as they used to but it's not a huge deal. What I'm confused about is that they take away all of the ports and leave a headphone jack on the side?! Didn't Apple talk all of us into the AirPods already? What do we need a headphone jack for? I wish they would have swapped it out for ONE USB. But overall the laptop is great and works fast and I get a lot of compliments on it.

I just got this computer and it is the best decision I have ever made! It is better than any Windows operated computer system. I highly recommend getting this MacBook Air! It is fast, thin, sooo easy to use! I heard it also last longer than a Dell, HP, Lenovo, or more. The reasoning behind why it last longer is because it is made with premium aluminum and tough inside components! Trust me I believe that and highly recommend this product it might be expensive but it is worth your dollars and worth it; it last longer, and if it last longer then it keeps you from buying another computer at a expensive price.

I am a realtor and found it difficult to do somethings on my ipad when out in the field or out of town. This has been a great addition to help me with my work and still keep everything in my icloud. I really like the size and weight of the MacBook. For my use it runs really quick and the battery life is great. I also really enjoy the new finger scanner on the MacBook. It allows me to access my machine and other sites without having to type in my password all the time. I would say the only thing I am not crazy about is they did away with the USB drive. There are only 2 USB C drives and that is it. You charge and everything with these ports.

Have had this for 5 years working great now having storage issues now so time to upgrade

I had the original MacBook Air 11.6in from 2012 and absolutely loved it. It finally reached its last days here recently, which was devastating for me. I did a lot of researched and decided the newest MacBook Air would work best for my needs as opposed to the Pro, and I have to say I LOVE it! The initial concerns were there being no more standard USB ports (thunderbolt 3 now) as well as people complaining online about the new butterfly keyboard’s noise. The only thing annoying with the port is that I’ll now have to buy a $70 adapter to use all my things via USB, however it does free up a lot of space on the Mac, as I can charge it from any port (charger is also through thunderbolt) so when I’m not charging it, I have an extra port! I also didn’t find it to be any heavier than my 11 inch air, though I know it probably is because it’s 13 inches, however I think they did an amazing job with the feel, weight, and design of this new air. I’m very pleased with my purchase!

This new MacBook Air is wonderful! I love the rose gold color and the light weight of the device. The weight is especially great if you are a student and/or on the go. The display is magnificent and the speed of the processor is excellent. There is nothing bad to say about this apple product. The MacBook Air is user friendly and it is very easy to navigate.

I got the rose gold color and it’s so beautiful. I purchased this laptop for college and it was such a good decision because it’s lightweight, can connect to my iPhone, and has great sound. The screen size is great and display is so clear.
