Good computer but the battery dies so fast and it takes forever to long in. I’m used to macs being fast so i was disappointed...

I love it however now I am having issues with the C and space button. Apple needs to improve their key boards.

I decided to change mi old MacBook Air by a new model. Since the first moment I felt there was a huge disadvantage with the old one "the plugs" you will need to carry all the time aditional plugs with you to enable conection between MacBook air, headphones, a simple pendrive, an iPhone, etc.... In my opinion Apple is not taking in account the customer needs regarding connections.

This MacBook Air is a gift for Christmas. I’m unable to rate it at this time. But I have a feeling my son will love it.

For an Apple product, this Macbook rates so so for the price .

it’s OKAY. minus the fact it breaks from just a TOUCH. i’ve never seen such a sensitive laptop by apple EVER, i really wish I had gotten the older version instead. yikes. be careful when buying these ESPECIALLY if you are clumsy (wouldn’t recommend) , also catches fire???!!!? not great

Battery drains to fast. It can be on 100% and in 5-10minutes it drops to about 80

Very Heavy and does not handle a lot of applications.

Screen burnt out a couple months after purchase. Brought to an Apple store for replacement and they said it just happens sometimes for no reason other than the way it was made. Pretty upsetting considering Mac is not cheap.

Purchased this computer for my daughter in college. She has a sturdy case and is a responsible person. Already the delete key is skipping/sticking. Annoying. I did purchase the insurance. However this is not okay.

I intended to buy a MacBook Pro but was talked into buying a MacBook Air by a sales associate who thought it would meet my needs. This was a replacement for my old MacBook pro that had become painfully slow and close to useless. I wish I could say there was an improvement with this machine but it’s actually WORSE! I can’t open apps, I can’t get pages to load in Safari, I basically can’t to much of anything at all. I’d finally had enough and was going to return it only to discover the return period ended 4 days ago, so now I’m stuck with a $1400 door stop.

Keyboard already has the double "s" (ss) and "h" (hh) about every third letter. Cannot use it for more than a single day without a kernal panic using any web browser, I've tried Safari, Chrome, Mozilla, and Edge. Apple store sent it to Cali for tech support and they can't find out what's wrong with it. Resorted to hardly using it at this point and there's nothing I can do on it reliably. My previous 2012 Air had zero issues in 7 years of ownership. I have tried all sorts of OS reinstalls, complete refresh, etc.

I had waited a few months to see what Apple had in mind for a new MacBook Air. A coworker suggested the previous model to me since it's lightweight and can be brought with you almost anywhere. i did my research on the MacBook and MacBook Pro. I've have the 2012 Pro and its too heavy and slowing down. And for only doing web browsing and listening to music I did not see the need for another pro. I'm glad I waited because this new MacBook Air is so light and fast. I love the Retina display and how there were a few color choices. I chose the gold and it does look more like a rose gold but darker. This is a great purchase for some video editing, web browsing and school.

He is enjoying his MacBook Air and it will definitely get a lot of use when he enters his freshman year in college in August.

Another overpriced, over advertised Apple product - very disappointed - really should be in the 600-700 range given the market

Developed a screen crack in about 8 months. Now cost 600$ to repair. Unknown how crack might have happened
