I’ve offered up my MBP, but she never really used it, so I thought it was time she had something she could make her own. We went to BestBuy to see if the MBA or MBP would be a better fit and landed on the MBA because of the portability and not needed all the processing power associated with the MBP. She uses it all the time now and is very happy about the purchase

All but the keyboard -- very much good.

Last version of the keyboard was MUCH more responsive and felt like a hunert percent better. Other than that, you're getting a wicked fast Mac that's affordable-ish when it's on sale at Best Buy.
