Great Product but required good customer support

Sometimes its little difficult to use their operating system and also the customer support is not able to help. One example is I was trying to connect to xfinity common hotspot, but was unable to connect through mac. The same hotspot I was able to connect with windows PC and iphone. Neither apple nor xfinity had an answer for this. They both blamed each other.

Slow processing speed

I purchased the pricey Apple Care warranty, and when I called them to report my problem, they wanted another $100 just to look at it. Worst warranty ever. My family has been loyal to Apple and we own three other laptops, and iPad and two iPhones. I will never buy an Apple again.
