Great laptop. Battery lasts a long time. It's very quick in response time. The display is beautiful. Just wish it had input ports on the right side of the machine.

We had to send this in for repair from an accident. Because of a clerk error in sending in our damaged one for repair we were given a new laptop. We were treated extremely fairly and well.

It came with a few fingerprints on it, which is expected from an open-box item. Aside from that, the laptop is perfect. Definitely worth the money saved. Works like new! Looks beautiful. Very happy with my new Macbook.
