Been shopping around for a new laptop. Checked various sites and found that the open box item was the Best Buy. Very happy that I shopped around first.

Switching from pc to Mac is the best decision ever. Sleek design, runs quickly with little to no updates while being used, and great battery life.

computer is nice, customer service could have been better. When I picked it up the cashier did not give me a bag, I asked for a bag with it and she just handed me the computer, and then handed me a bag to bag it myself. Not a huge deal but a big purchase would expect a little bit better customer service

I was only going to have my 2015 laptop “cleaned out” which was done & I was happy put it still ran too slow & New ones were on sale & the sales man was fabulous as was the Geek Guy & I got 12 months same as cash !

Great laptop for everyday use im an architecture student and AUTOCAD 2023 works flawlessly on it once you get familiar with the max interface! Also very good for regular document users. I wouldn’t recommend the midnight color looks great but it scuffs easily.!

I’m a new web developer and this MacBook Air works perfectly for me. I thought the cool system wouldn’t work as good as a fan but it has held up fine. I would recommend this Air too anyone one!

The Best Buy location on coliseum had great costumer service and helped me with my computer issues. I was able to find a computer and trade in my old Mac book.
