Overall an average product. It could have been better.

Perfect upgrade for my 7 year old Mac air. Does everything I expected it to do. Very easy transfer of files from old to new.

I did an in-store pickup and the team had it ready to go within the hour. Fast and the computer is excellent as expected.

Really nice machine and you can tell the difference with the m2 chip. Only issue is there is no regular USB port, only USB-C, so we had to buy the attachment to add one.

Looks great in the box. Haven’t opened it yet since I purchased it as a Christmas gift and wrapped it up yesterday.

I don’t know what the hype is for apple especially when it comes to this laptop. It stressed me out so bad to figure out all the ins and outs. then all of the updates, it continued to not want to work and then one day it started glitching really bad. Took it to the repair shop and they said it had a tiny little bitty crack maybe from my cat biting it or scratching it and it would be 500 plus to fix since I didn’t pay for the extra coverage. I barely had it a few months. I could kick myself not purchasing the apple protection plan. But beside that it just was the sole fact that the price of this laptop didn’t match the quality even if the screen never got bit or scratched.

Good reliable product. Best Buy provided best service and explanation to help customer making the right decision.

Bought it open box sadly it was damaged and had to return it in person and get a refund. The people who helped me where very nice about it.

Nothing special. Just another Mac product that traps you into getting new cables because of their "improvements." Just get an HP or something, you'll save a butt load on cable adapters, and adapters for your adapters. God bless Apple.

Very disappointed with this MacAir. I LOVED my MacAir that I bought 10 years ago, but this one is slower and takes too much time to load. It also shows smudges on the screen from opening it up. I wouldn't recommend it.

More processing for the money. With the M2 processor, you are getting more processing with less battery.

Screen went black at one year. It was used minimally. Apple wanted to charge $600+ to fix.

The product WAS going to be great, but Best Buy's service SUCKED. Customer Support (over the phone) said I would have 15 days to turn in an Apple device trade-in to get credit. But when I went to pick up the laptop I wasn't allowed to take..even though I paid full price...unless I had the trade-in device. I ended up leaving without the computer and purchased from a different vendor.

Ill be honest its not worth it not bad but if you going to get it one get a pro version
