A great laptop for college. It’s a pretty quick and had to get a universal adaptor to plug in my flash drive. To save homework and notes. This is my second MacBook Air and use it everyday.

its very smooth laptop runs fast and battery life is great only issue is it attracts fingerprints like crazy but other than that great laptop

I want to say first that this is a 2-part review; part 1 is the product, which will be represented by 5 stars above and part 2 is the customer service interaction. Part 1- I was blessed and gifted this product for school. I did my research and decided on this product due to reports of longevity, stability, and efficiency. Apple products are known to work and have good customer care. I do not anticipate any concerns moving forward with this product although nothing is perfect, I know Apple will have me covered. Part 2- Upon getting to the store to pick up my product. I came into interaction with Dan (manager at the E. Beltline store in Grand Rapids, MI) I explained that I needed to pick up my purchase; and proceeded to show him my ID and a virtual order receipt. While going through this short verification I spoke to him about needing to complete an exchange due to not getting the right color product upon placing the order. Dan became very short with me, telling me "I will just refund your money, and then you can go get the one that you wanted and repurchase it; unless you want to wait an entire hour for an exchange to happen". I proceeded to explain to Dan that I had come into the store the day before and had spoken with CJ and the gentleman explained to me that it was easy to just exchange the items with no problem. I also stated that the product was a gift from someone out of state. I did not want to cause any credit card changes of that sort. Dan stated "Well it does not work like that, everything has to clear before an exchange can happen so are you going to repurchase or wait the hour! through my increased frustration, I tried to gain a better understanding of why it would take an entire hour for an exchange. Dan then slid my product on the counter to me and walked away. I caught sight of another associate Tony and he understood all that occurred and it took him less than 10 minutes to verify and exchange my product. I arrived at the store at 1205 p.m. and did not leave until 115 p.m. due to a manager who was not fully engaged in customer care.
