Had this laptop for almost a year and it hasn’t missed a beat. Used it for school work while also streaming a movie and it never lagged or slowed down. I’ve 15 tabs open in multiple windows and it didn’t burn my lap so honestly I’m impressed.

This was my first ever purchase of a MacBook. While I have an apple phone, watch, AirPods etc I’ve always been PC. I went in with an idea of what I wanted, a much more experience and unnecessary MacBook, the guy that helped me, steered me towards an open box that was much more in line with what I actually needed. Saved me hundreds of dollars and I got exactly what I truly needed! It was a very unexpectedly positive experience. Love my MacBook!

A lighter, slimmer upgrade from my older MacBook Pro. Very nice screen. Best Buy made it easy to match the price when I found it was lower elsewhere, it’s pricey so that helped.

Perfect for my needs- basic home use. Streaming shows/movies, internet browsing, etc. I love how seamlessly Apple products integrate together. For what I use it for I could have gone with another brand and paid a lot less. For some the premium that comes with buying Apple products isn’t worth it but I am happy with my purchase.

There are no words to say but AMAZING. Apple goes above and beyond to handle any inconveniences you have. I recommend Apple Products over any other Name brands on the market. Along with Apple customer service and Best Buy, it can't get much easier. I am a 4th-year college student and when your computer randomly starts acting extremely slow, I can live at peace knowing they will do everything they can to help me.

Great computer. Works exceptionally well. The only complaint has nothing to do with the computer, but my lack of research in needing a higher RAM for certain projects. For basic and general usage this was phenomenal!

I received my order for Macbook air m2 within a day. I was so relieved as I needed a laptop quickly. The price was very reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised to see that, compared to the actual apple site. Got a good deal! *Touchwood* I was very impressed that best buy had it stocked and readily available. The pick-up process was very smooth too. No wait time, no hurdles. I was in and out of the store in like 5 minutes :)
