Worst computer that I’ve ever owned

I forgot my password and it won’t give me a message telling me that I could try again in three hours. I just called Suport. They were no help. I ended up getting a sledgehammer and smashing it because it was useless. I cannot use the computer that I cannot log into.

Would be nice if best buy sold devices with the latest updates instead of customers having to spend needles time updating everything BEFORE they can migrate old to new computer. I also read a review where someone said they used 4 days before having to charge. Would love to get that battery, cause mine needed charging after 24 hrs with no use, it was just idle for a day but when I came back to it following day it was 20%

Issues with open box MacBook

Unfortunately when I received it it would only work when plugged in even thought the battery was 100% charged. I had to ship it to Apple to have it repaired.
