Horrible product. Purchased on July 24th returnable until August 8th and the screen spontaneously cracked on the left lower corner on 8/16 even though was treating it very carefully since it is a new Laptop. I got charged $99 even though I have apple care +. Stay away from this mac. I seen there are multiple similar incidents online with cracked screen shortly after purchase . There might to be a design issues but I am not sure. Apple need to give answers.

The review of for the transaction not the product. I get an email about the transaction weeks after the purchase. Apparently they made a mistake when applying the taxes to my product while checking out. So yes, they charged my credit card once again. And yes, I read about how they tax electronic items. Why not just honor the price I was originally charged?

Would be a better rating if I hadn’t received it almost a week later than the date they said then when I get the package it had already been open and taped back up I was very disappointed FedEx or someone would take the package and delay my delivery for a week I’ve never used FedEx and wouldn’t again I called them asking about it and they said they couldn’t do anything and to send it back.

The Mac book I purchased did not turn on after box opening.

Less then 2 years after purchasing and using only a handful of times there is a hardware malfunction, the keyboard stopped working properly and its costing me $548. For no apparent reason did it start malfunctioning

For that price you can get something way better than this macbook. Slow and very simple its boring.

Not the best laptop it did not have to power I was looking for ended up returning it and getting a MacBook Pro

They are selling inauthentic products. I will be returning this laptop and will advise everyone else to return theirs and avoid the hassle of buying fake inauthentic products from Best Buy. They sold me an inauthentic AirPod pro with this laptop. So now I’m not sure if the laptop is inauthentic too. I will find out when I try to return and they refuse like they did with the AirPod.

My only disappointment was my Mac book pro was only 3 years old and it completely failed. The Geek Squad was very helpful when it came to purchasing a new computer.

Absolutely love the midnight color and how sleek this version of the MacBook Air looks. It has great battery life and is very lightweight for traveling.

Please don’t trust Best Buy because I have ordered MacBook laptop on Nov 24 2023 till now Dec 14 2023 I have not received the order but got a mail like it delivered on Dec 1st by FedEx I haven’t received the order when I contact Best Buy they told me they will place the replacement and process but till now not processed and I got mail like can’t refund or replacement.

Could be a lot better, the innovation from Apple has stopped. While I enjoy the software the hardware is just not there anymore.

this is a gift that has not been opened yet, but my husband loves Mac products so I'm sure he will be happy with this one, as he asked for one!

I love this laptop. It's so much lighter than the Pro (obviously). I feel like it's faster too, but that could also be because it's new. It's sleek, slim, and the midnight selection is so much better than the original options.

Purchased August 2024 and screen stopped working by September 2025

Not satisfied with the item or the post purchase customer survive. I wish I had purchased it from Apple Store.

Not happy with the computer. I bought it for my son as a gift and it doesnt work. He took it back and wad told to go to the Apple store. Yes its still under warranty but he needed it. I have bought 2 computers from Best Buy and never had a problem.

This Laptop is amazing! it has a wonderful operating system and is a strong outside. I think the color is a great color also

Very disappointed. Purchased and returned within two weeks. Laptop quit working. Completely froze up. Extremely disappointed

I love the computer now that I have a feel for it. This is my first Mac and I had no idea how to do the touchpad.
