What a difference! It weighs less and is faster. I've had a little trouble with how touchy the touchpad is but Apple Support has gladly helped me

Can’t help but love it!

As a student with a creative major and three science minors, I have a lot (as in dozens) of tabs across several windows open at all times, plus fancy Adobe apps, plus Spotify, plus Word & other programs all at once and it doesn’t slow down in the slightest. I don’t know a lot about computers, all I can tell you is it functions phenomenally despite the chaos I put it through. The touch ID is so helpful, it’s got very loud speakers and clear sound, and the image is crisp, clear, and color accurate. I’m sure this’ll last me a very long time.

Well Worth The Investment!

I haven't been disappointed and I almost feel bad for the amount of time that I've been using my new MacBook Air over my iPad and my phone. It's been working for everything that I need as a 2nd year engineering student as I program with C++ and works to keep my work and school documents organized. My only regret is that I didn't buy this sooner! I'll likely be upgrading to a different amount of storage capabilities later on down the road, but that could take a while.
