I’ve bought my son MacBooks before but this is my first so I can’t compare it to previous models but so far this is the easiest laptop to learn how to use compared to other types I’ve had before.

The floor salesman (it was a man) was informative, patient, and offered tips toward making a decision most appropriate for my purposes. The agent who set up the Mac for my pickup was very well informed and added explanations I'd never have thought to ask for.

Extremely good laptop

I build desktops as a hobby and can tell you this laptop can pack a punch. Obviously not for gaming, this is more quick work related on the go.
