    Apple macbooks are good, but I had a display issue and key board stopeed working. I took it it to apple store and they repaired it, luckily I had apple care. Love the design, performance and it's thin style.

    Absolutely smooth to purchase and trade in with Bestbuy! The process was very stress free to me - I worried about delivery time, but it ended up arriving early; I worried about missing the trade-in deadline, and it ended up being processed very quick after arriving the facility.

    I"m very happy with this laptop. If you're using it for documents and videos and some light music/photo editing, it's great. Sometimes it can't move fast enough, maybe should have gone with the 16 GB ram.

    I like MacBooks & always purchase due to long lasting battery and so much better than windows laptops. The laptop lasts many years longer and does require an anti-virus because it's already built-in.
