This laptop and its small specs have met every expectation. The shipping was also a 10/10, so fast!! Ordered it on a Friday and it was at my house by Saturday, super satisfied!!

Coming from 2015 13 inch MacBook pro. Laptop is quiet which I love, my wife has the last intel MacBook air and it is extremely noisy computer with its fans

Good Prices on Apple products, bad service.

At my local store there is actually a sign that tells you there will be a 2-3 week turn-around time if you let Best Buy do the repairs. Best Buy has good prices, but they are sadly lacking when it comes to Apple product repairs.
