This is my first Mac after using windows at work for many years. The transition has been rough, but the product is solid and stable. I am sure that after I get used to it the product will exceed my expectations.

I feel lile its great overall, will get all your needs. Great battery too. But i just wish it had the tocuh bar

He eat product and great service from Best Buy! We are an Apple family and now all have phones, iPads, and Mac Books ! Love the ability to communicate easily between devices !

I ordered this online and when it was delivered to my house the box it was in was damaged. I opened it up and found that the bottom half where the keyboard is was bowed. Everything worked fine, but I took it to my Best Buy sore and they replaced it free of charge with no hassle’s, but they did charge me around $19 for it because of the local sales tax as opposed to buying it online. You would think that once it’s paid for the exchange would be an even trade. Other than that, I’m completely satisfied with it

I have enjoyed using Macbooks Pro for over 15 years and just replaced with this new model. The graphics are superb. I like the lightweight of this model compared to my 2011 model. What a great experience.

The mac has helped me through so much homework. Since I am a very simple user I don’t mind all the features and what the mac doesn’t have.

This has been one of my favorite purchases. I had been thinking on it for a while and had gone back and forth between the M1 and the M2, so happy I found this as an open box (absolutely nothing wrong with it) and still qualified for Apple care! That’s a win-win!

The apple ecosystem really is helpful especially when you are always on the go. All the files you need stored in the cloud so even if you use phone, laptop, or tablet, you got your stuff.

Bought for my daughters Freshman year in college. She has used a Mac since Late Elementary, and claims this is by far the best. She dropped on hard dorm floor, not a scratch!

This is my second MacBook Air. Our first one is 12 years old and is still working and I gave it to my family member. I just wanted a new one more up to date. I works awesome.. Can't go wrong with a MacBook for ease of taking with you on go.

I use my MacBook everyday for work and it’s amazing. Apple is a great product and Best Buy always has the best deals and customer service.

Upgraded from an older version on the MacBook Air that began running slow when I was starting graduate school. I have had it for just under a year and I love it. No complaints at all!

Best computer to switch to, especially for people in college.

Fast and reliable computer, however camera is fuzzy. This is my second one and this one has the same problem.

Yes Apples are more expensive, but they are so worth it! They are intuitive and trustworthy!
