I needed a new laptop because my last MacBook was from 2012 and it was time. I only use it for personal use, not for work. It has been great! Holds up to the Apple standards I’m used to. I love the finger print reader to unlock!

What a Hassle

My Macbook was stolen and it was very stressful. I wanted and needed to replace it. I’m 75 and no longer working and do not have much money. So I told the salesgirl on the phone i needed to finance the purchase . We went through all the details and I felt satisfied with the deal. I asked when my payments would be made and she then replied “payments”? Oh! We dont finance anything on the phone. I charged your bank the full amount !” I was not prepared for that. I live in Mexico and can’t come into a store. And my bank account was low. I told her to please cancel the order. When I checked with my bank the next day, imagine my shock to see my account had been charged for TWO computers! I called your store immediately and spoke to someone who told me a mistake had been made snd he would take care of it. I assumed it was handled. That afternoon I got a message from Best Buy that my otder was going to be delivered that day! It was already in its way. This was the Chula Vista store and my mailing service thst brings me my packages is in Chula Vista. I checked my bank account again and one was cancelled but not the other one and it went through full price. It was very upsetting to me sfter everything Ive been through. I was not treated the way I deserved to be. And your staff handled this very poorly.

The interface is seamless and the new M2 chip handles all the AI based calculations like a pro. It handles daily tasks excellently and the entire apple ecosystem functions like as smoothly as anything can. Must buy.
