Great product except it’s not even 1 year and my screen has a puncture in it. I simply closed it and reopened it an hour later and there were lines along the bottom and right side. I went to Best Buy to have it serviced and they told me it will take 2-4 weeks! That’s way too long for me not to have a functioning computer. I am a bit disappointed in this. The actual air book itself is wonderful.

It’s an Apple. So it obviously works well. Coming from a Surface a little hard to get used to. But it’s a work in progress. The battery lasts a LONG time.

This computer serves all my needs for my education. I love that it syncs with my phone and can be utilized separately from my phone too. Gotta love a good Apple product.

Best choice I could ever make. It works perfectly no glitches and has been 9 months since I have purchased my device as a gift for myself.

I love iOS and iPadOS. I haven't had an iPad in a few years, so I thought that MacOS would be a great experience to dive into. However, it was not really the seamless experience I expected. I am not sure about the appeal of MacBooks themselves. They are kind of buggy, and extremely limited in what they can do out of the box unless you buy the multitude of overpriced and overhyped Apple-specific accessories. Yes, it was buggy lol. I was very surprised by this. When I say buggy, there would be minor issues with the device restarting itself in the middle of browsing. This would happen when I would try to watch a video on it. I'd never be browsing a million sites at once, just the video application (youtube, netflix, hulu, take your pick), and it would crash and reset. If I tried casting from it, certain screen pixels would become stuck. I have never seen that before. Seems like it happens to MacBook users, but hard pass for me. When it comes to my iPhone, I can stomach it when it is just a phone case, or mobile charger station, or a bluetooth keyboard to enhance productivity. When it becomes $400 docks or $50 cables to increase productivity and efficiency, specifically to just extend a monitor, that is just insane. It is simpler, if you dish out the $2000 for a MacBook Pro. But that's not a price jump worth it to me just so I can use, let alone simply enjoy my MacBook on two displays. Beautiful device, but it just does not live up to it's price point compared to what you could get for an FHD/QHD gaming PC or laptop, or any number of productivity laptops that are sub the $1,200 price point. I ended up going with an iPad Pro 11. I will take the touch screen capabilities and better display any day, especially when it is $500 less.

Works smooth. I changed from windows to Mac this being my first mac and Iam loving it! Although on the negative side the midnight blue variant is a finger print magnet but getting a see through clear case will take care of it.

Works perfect for my needs. I LOVE being able to connect all my devices with apple. My ONLY two complaints is I wish I could get Microsoft publisher on it and I chose the Midnight color thinking it was black but it is a dark navy blue.

Apple announced last summer that it was completely independent in the production of silicon chips. They no longer have products with Intel chips. The M1 chip was a revolutionary product, and we're glad that the M2 chip is now in our hands.

Super fast and it's nice and light. Make sure to do the system updates as soon as you get it and then it'll be good to go from there. Size of the screen is perfect for everyday use!

Pretty good, kinda slow but reasonable price, pretty efficient.

Went to a competitor store and was told they had nothing in my price range. At Best Buy got the right price and product and later, free help with a minor password issue. Good deal!!

always been a android and pc user but recently went to apple everything and omg sooooo nice, its so smooth, the feel of a metal laptop is spectacular and the keyboard on the new air is a million times better!!

I don’t regret purchasing this item, it’s great and has the best features. The help when I bought it also was great customer service was there to help with all my problems and any concerns I had regarding my purchase.

I’ve been an apple user for a long time; from IPod touch to IPhone, IPad, watch, iMac, and now the MacBook Air. So far is one of my favorite. This is my first apple laptop, and they didn’t disappointed me. Comfortable to carry around, soft keyboard, and the image is superb.

This is my second purchase of this specific Mac book and it is fantastic! Will not disappoint! Right out the box, easy to use, no problem with firewall…apple does it all! And…Best Buy makes it easy, convenient, safe and affordable!
