Macbook was great, But exp with bestbuy is bad

But, When i tried to include this into my best buy total membership - I had the worst experience with best buy and unfortunately i am not satisfied with the best buy service for this product.

MacBook on a budget

The Bluetooth does not recognize some of my devices. The speed is fine. It didn't sync some of my files. Positives - the look is clean, lightweight and decent graphics.

TV Jitters

However as soon as I put on a movie or video with fast movements, it seems to have this odd like jitter effect. It doesn’t happen often but when it does it is unpleasant to the eye.

This is definitely unacceptable. As you can see on the pic at the bottom of screen there is gray and black lines and faint line going through the screen

Crumbs and Fingerprints on it???

Full of fingerprints and food crumbs?? Insane. Even if it was an open box product, you'd fully expect them to at least clean it. Shipping was not great. The laptop itself was in good condition, but that's the minimum expectation if I paid for one in excellent condition. Had heard that their refurbished and open box products were a bit sketchy, so thankfully my experience was not as bad as others I've seen. Definitely won't buy any pricy tech from them online again...
