Bought for my daughter, and she is absolutely enamored with this thing. I do not "do" apple, but she is beyond impressed with this vs her old macbook. I did see the screen, and it's amazing.

This is an easy to use and up to date product. I can count on the quality and life of the computer.

Love it! I’ve always wanted a Mac Book. So happy to have bought it and so grateful for Geek Squad to come to my house and transfer data for me. Roy Love went above and beyond!

The original time and date was constantly delayed and and then changed back causing confusion

I had an asus. This is my first Mac and i don’t know why people favor mac. It’s as if I went back in time. The o ly good thing I can say is that it connects to my phone that’s pretty much it. Asus has a lot more features accessibility. Even the keyboard is missing the screen light option. It’s not touch screen either. 2023 you would think such a big company is advanced. It’s not:

Loaded up w trash first time I turned it on. Had to call geek squad for a cleanup and software and hardware fix

I bought a Macbook Air M2 last year in 2023 but i started using the laptop only recently starting Jan. 2024. This laptop is worse then my 2017 Apple Macbook Air. The trackpad is slow, doesn't respond, and I can't use the laptop during one of these many "senior moments" for my "new" Apple Macbook M2 laptop. Really frustrating to have the laptop on a freeze state, today it lasted 3 minutes, specially if when I have to do work, fast. I wish I can return this Macbook Air M2. Way worse then my 2017 Macbookair.

The product is great, but the person who helped us at the store was not having a good day. I bought it, but I didn't leave happy.

This laptop has served its purpose and has amazing features. The fingerprint to unlock is exceptional and is one of many reasons why this laptop is worth the purchase.

Great computer but App Store is terrible hardly any of the apps you have on your phone.

I use it a lot, already started a business with it and I love the graphics and speed

Was cracked, and Best Buy wouldn’t accept the return. Best Buy is turning into the Worst Buy. There’s a reason they’re going out of business! I know someone who put their own money into a billboard that bashes bEsT bUy in every way lol.

Was great, the size just wasn’t up to my expectations.

I switched out my iPad Pro m1 for this Air. My real goal was to have something I could comfortably type on (something I could not do even with the Magic Keyboard with the ipad). Gotta say, I love the Air. It’s super light, battery last more than I know what to do with, apps and OS respond with a snap. This isn’t my powerhouse replacement. I still have my Alienware m15 for anything serious. I’ve pushed the air a little bit and it does start to suffer when you throw anything mildly intense at it. That’s expected though. This thing uses passive cooling so ya get what ya get. I’m absolutely in love with how well it fits into the Apple ecosystem (namely my phone and watch). It actually unlocks automatically when you’re wearing your watch. iMessage works great on it. The clever little pass along an app or workflow deal is cool when you switch from your phone to your Air. The only negative this thing gets is…. The criminal amount they charge for storage. 256gb is a joke but they expect you to pay ridiculous amounts for anything above that. i don’t really care what messed up logic someone would use to argue why they do it. It’s because they want more money… got it. The standard should still be higher than 256. Overall, love the machine as my little on the go computer.
