Their folow-up and follow-though was consistent and insistant to get the task done: Transfer data off an old, dying MacAir of my son's where they had to coordinate with me and him to get past the security measures of Apple. Took several tries over several days, but the Tech was always cheerful and and understanding when we had to re-schedule.

Upgrade to new MacBook Air

It's taking some getting used to. I miss my wireless mouse! But the new Mac is faster, etc. and I like it. Geek Squad did great job transferring stuff and setting everything up. Couldn't have done it without them.
