The product is excellent, but as an elder I would greatly benefit from some classes that would enable to make better use of its multiple features. That would also bring customers into the store more often.

Great little laptop. I bought it for school since my old one was no longer compatible with certain programs I needed. Wish I would have bought it sooner.

The laptop has been great so far! Switching from a Windows computer to this has been a little difficult, but once I've gotten used to the different keys and workflow of using the computer, it's been great.

This has been one of my favorite purchases. I had been thinking on it for a while and had gone back and forth between the M1 and the M2, so happy I found this as an open box (absolutely nothing wrong with it) and still qualified for Apple care! That’s a win-win!

Excellent. You can’t connect to more than 1 monitor even if you have all the adapters and connections, so if you need multiple monitors this may not be the laptop for you

I like it very much the computer works well. The only problem I had was with the speak to text part but other than that it works very good. The battery does drain quickly, however but as expected I’m using it all the time.

Fast and reliable computer, however camera is fuzzy. This is my second one and this one has the same problem.
