My grad-school professor had a very specific requirement for a computer resource to be used in her class and the subsequent clinical experiences of the mental health curriculum. I took her specifications to my Best Buy, reviewed them with him and found that the MacBook Air met and exceeded them all. I am absolutely pleased with the unit in the first month of this semester. It performs as efficiently as I could hope for in the zoom intensives on the weekend and all my other classwork and research during the week. This is a unit for graduate students to use and take into practical applications in professional practice.

This is the first Apple product I have purchased and used. Very east setup and easy to use. Like the size and color options.

When I made purchase it stated it was brand new and I’m assuming I received a refurbished item because once I open and took out the book it never turned on, i plugged it in never turned on and I’m aware of how apple products work. Idk why everytime I go to Best Buy and it’s supposed to be brand new, my item doesn’t work or slows down in a weeks after purchase especially with some of their Windows laptops I’ve received in the past. I’ve been a long customer since I was in high school, and understand how the business works but it does frustrates me when there is a lack of quality in products when it’s supposed to be brand new.

Unlike most apple products, the battery life on the computer is exceptional! I also love how the display is easy on my eyes!

It’s all that and then some I can maneuver with ease the speed on it is very good. The display is excellent.
