Had previously one of the first mac book air’s. Then moved to a pro which was like a brick. Happy I got this unit. Works like a champ supper fast havent noticed any throttling. Will put it to the test soon.Everyday use computer.

Good daily laptop for school. Battery lasts me a full 3 days before having to charge again. Bought this for its long lasting battery life due to my gaming laptop always dying.

I like this new Macbook. I think it is a good replacement for a 2016 Macbook Pro. At times, I think it is faster than my previous laptop. However, it seems to freeze a bit at times more than I recall the previous Macbook Pro when it was newer. However, I am fine with the price reduction compared to a new Macbook Pro.

The MacBook Air is very lightweight and easy to bring around. The battery also lasts long so it doesn't need to be charged often.

In my opinion, its a great laptop for those who would use it for writing, emails, school work ect. Though if you want a gaming laptop I would upgrade the memory or get a pro. Or look into different laptops. Overall its a great laptop though for general use and runs smooth.
