Love this laptop!! Great price for a terrific product.

I had a 2013 MacBook Pro that crapped the bed. I upgraded to this and you won't be disappointed. I love they brought back the MagSafe charger with quick disconnect and it has braided charger cable to match the color of the case. I love the fingerprint Touch ID and cannot live without it now! I got the midnight color.

I love my new Mac Book! It's easy to use, and works great.

Great MacBook! I needed a new laptop because my last MacBook was from 2012 and it was time. I only use it for personal use, not for work. It has been great! Holds up to the Apple standards I’m used to. I love the finger print reader to unlock!

This is the first Mac book I have ever owned. It has taken a little bit to get used to it but I absolutely love it. It automatically synced my phone to it without me having to redownload everything to it

I bought this for school best laptop i have purchased for what i need it for. Easy to use and super fast like an ipad. My old macbook pro and current iMac cannot even keep up on this things speed and ease of use.

I called Best Buy because of the trust Ive always had in your staff. My Macbook was stolen and it was very stressful. I wanted and needed to replace it. I’m 75 and no longer working and do not have much money. So I told the salesgirl on the phone i needed to finance the purchase . We went through all the details and I felt satisfied with the deal. I asked when my payments would be made and she then replied “payments”? Oh! We dont finance anything on the phone. I charged your bank the full amount !” I was not prepared for that. I live in Mexico and can’t come into a store. And my bank account was low. I told her to please cancel the order. When I checked with my bank the next day, imagine my shock to see my account had been charged for TWO computers! I called your store immediately and spoke to someone who told me a mistake had been made snd he would take care of it. I assumed it was handled. That afternoon I got a message from Best Buy that my otder was going to be delivered that day! It was already in its way. This was the Chula Vista store and my mailing service thst brings me my packages is in Chula Vista. I checked my bank account again and one was cancelled but not the other one and it went through full price. It was very upsetting to me sfter everything Ive been through. I was not treated the way I deserved to be. And your staff handled this very poorly.
