I love it, very user friendly. I am horrible with technology and the guy who helped me was very helpful. I don't remember his name, I wish I did because he deserves a raise! He was talkative, friendly, relatable, shorter, dark hair and he joked with his coworkers. I hope that helps, I want him to get the recognition he deserves! I will go back because of him. My prior experiences with the grandville location have always been bad, but not anymore.

Slick looking and the perfect size for a home laptop.

Excellent choice for someone who needs a fast, reliable device for college. I was hesitant with it being such a steep price and overhyped, but I’m glad I went through as it’s been beyond helpful over the last semester not having to worry about a crappy laptop.

Upgrading from my MacBook Air 2017 so this was quite the upgrade! I’m pleased to say the keyboard improved significantly. The trackpad took some getting used to but was great. Screen is great and coming from my old set up I love the Touch ID. Something else I am happy with is the new MagSafe charging cable. I am pleased I never had to worry about unintentionally tripping over my cord and causing damage- especially working at home with pets who get the zoomies. The price point isn’t great and not something Best Buy can control that much, but like all apple products you get what you pay for and if you take good care of it, it should last!
