iPad replaced with MacBook

I am horrible with technology and the guy who helped me was very helpful. I don't remember his name, I wish I did because he deserves a raise! He was talkative, friendly, relatable, shorter, dark hair and he joked with his coworkers. I hope that helps, I want him to get the recognition he deserves! I will go back because of him. My prior experiences with the grandville location have always been bad, but not anymore.
