I was guided to my lap top by a lady at Best Buy whose knowledge and expertise was excellent. She helped me decide between various laptops. I was very happy with the service at Best Buy is very happy with their program. I became a Best Buy member thank you.

Great Investment

I love how seamless the user experience is. It's actually not as hard to switch from PC to MAC. Speakers are great if you ever got stuck somewhere and just have your laptop to watch a movie. I got the air instead of the pro since i didn't need the extra features of the pro

He explained different kinds of computers, laptop, ipad, etc to me....I had no idea they did different things. He did not pressure me into anything but let me make my own decision with information he gave me. I haven't use it yet but it is Apple so I am sure it will be great!

She absolutely loves it. She uses it for school, gaming and even has started using it to make and edit her music recordings. I’m very impressed with this product as the purchaser and shes very impressed with it as the everyday user…
