Im still getting used to using my MacBook I’ve been using Apple products for along time the MacBook takes some getting used too. I’m sure after using it more often I will get used to the many things o can do on there.

Best value for money and so far all good. Will buy again.

I called Best Buy because of the trust Ive always had in your staff. My Macbook was stolen and it was very stressful. I wanted and needed to replace it. I’m 75 and no longer working and do not have much money. So I told the salesgirl on the phone i needed to finance the purchase . We went through all the details and I felt satisfied with the deal. I asked when my payments would be made and she then replied “payments”? Oh! We dont finance anything on the phone. I charged your bank the full amount !” I was not prepared for that. I live in Mexico and can’t come into a store. And my bank account was low. I told her to please cancel the order. When I checked with my bank the next day, imagine my shock to see my account had been charged for TWO computers! I called your store immediately and spoke to someone who told me a mistake had been made snd he would take care of it. I assumed it was handled. That afternoon I got a message from Best Buy that my otder was going to be delivered that day! It was already in its way. This was the Chula Vista store and my mailing service thst brings me my packages is in Chula Vista. I checked my bank account again and one was cancelled but not the other one and it went through full price. It was very upsetting to me sfter everything Ive been through. I was not treated the way I deserved to be. And your staff handled this very poorly.

It was very well delivered and works beautifully in my opinion!

The only issue I have with this model is constantly getting the “too much app storage at once” error only when having adobe and iMessages open and it causes the system to crash.

I purchased it during the holiday season for my HS senior who is graduating this summer. This laptop will get her thru 4 years of college and beyond. At the prices that were advertised, it was too hard of a deal not to pass up.

I needed a laptop for school. This laptop does a good job for that as well as the benefit of being able to connect with my other IOS devices. Very convenient and efficient!
