They took the time to answer all of my questions, made some suggestions after listening to what I was looking for in my new laptop, and showed great patience in helping me decide on my ppurchase.

Best Buy had a great same day pick-up and the price was good. The display is perfect and the color is lovely. Very pleased.

I do recommend getting AppleCare because I made the mistake of not getting it with one of the other MacBooks I bought and my child messed up the screen cost a lot to fix.
