key board issue software glitches

Won’t Connect to Wifi

I spent two full days trying to get this to work and I’m stressed. Watched countless YouTube videos to try and fix the issue and used Apple support to no avail. I really wanted a MacBook but I’ll go back to PC as it connects without having to have a degree for IT.

I get a lot of "This mail has no content"...so I am unable to read the messages. I'm working with Apple support team to get the situation taken care of, but until then my review is not complete.
