Found out the hard way that I needed a new laptop. I've always done my taxes on TurboTax and found out that the 2023 version was no longer supported by my old Macbook's OS (it was no longer getting updates). So, instead of backdooring a new OS update, I got this one instead. Reasonable price (for an Apple laptop, that is). Intentionally purchased the smallest screen available on a Macbook with the most basic memory/speed offerings. Love the back color (versus Apple Grey).

Good product, great performance and display for light users.

Great laptop. Got it for my son who is off to college. Apple products are always long lasting and high performing. Expect a good 5 solid years out of this machine.

Solidly built, excellent build quality and it WORKS. I never have to fiddle with anything, and it runs like a dream. It does not play games well (of course) but it does everything else that I want it to without issue and most productivity software I actually need comes included.

I bought this computer one year ago today. It has worked great for me for business as well as personal. I highly recommend this computer

This is my first MacBook. It’s great fast the battery life if fantastic. The display even better great for gaming if you don’t mind the smaller screen size.

I'm not a Mac person, i bought this to my wife after I return a samsung 360 laptop i bought for her, wich was absolutely garbage pc. My wife love this Mac, a little pricey like all apple products, but I bought when was $150 off, so I had a good deal on amazing products. Highly recommended

I was very excited when I received my new mac. It ran fast and the colors were amazing. The mouse pad is so sensitive that I had to get use to touching it softly. The battery started off pretty good now it goes down more quickly. One thing I don't like is the charger. It's magnetic and it comes out to easily, but over all I enjoy my mac.

I bought it to replace my MacBook Pro 13. I did not buy MacBook Air in the past mainly as it did not have retina display. This one is the complete package that I needed. Lightweight, great display, solid performance.

very pleased with the performance of my new Macbook. I purchased an open box and got a great deal. Also, the squad helped me transfer everything over from my old MacBook's backup folder and within a few hours I was back in business.

This was a gift for my granddaughter who's computer decided to die in Floriday, I'm in PA. I've spoken to her a few times and she loves the computer and said it's so much better than the HP she had.

This little guy performs well and it super light. I enjoy the portability since I use it for teaching and have to switch classrooms. Get a hard case for it right away! You won't regret that purchase. Two things: the mouse pad will sometimes just stop working. A quick restart fixes the problem but it is annoying. The bluetooth is a pain to pair up to. I have tried to be patient and tried a couple different ways of doing so but pairing has been a problem if the accessory happened to be paired with something else first. Even after forgetting the item on other electronics we had issues. Overall I am happy with the purchase and I am sure I will get all the kinks worked out soon.

It's the best I have ever used. I have used a few others, but this one is perfect.
