It’s a Mac. Like it or not they’re solid.

My last was an ‘11 pro that the battery finally died on. That thing was a tank. I haven’t used this one much but obviously it’s way faster. If it holds up half as long I’ll be happy. I probably could have gone for first Gen. but decided I might as well pony up a bit more. I’d give it a full 5 stars but I haven’t really put it through it paces though I’ve no doubt for my purposes it’ll do fine.

It fits all my needs n I can honestly say I haven’t had any issues with it. It’s built well n has only recently suffered a small scratch on the bottom somehow (this thing travels with me EVERYWHERE) which says a lot to their durability

Very quiet no fans. Bright screen. Nice keyboard. Only minor issue is the fingerprints on the midnight color. Wipe it down and it shines up.
