This is my first time buying a Mac. The color is beautiful. After having an HP that barely worked it’s refreshing to finally have a laptop that doesn’t shut down on me and that works very fast. I am very happy with my purchase.

Got this as an extension of my Apple environment to have a bigger screen and more power to do multiple things at once. I have been impressed by Apple before, but never like this. The M2 chip is truly something else. Coming from an old MacBook, it really shows how much Apple as a company has grown.

I purchased it during the holiday season for my HS senior who is graduating this summer. This laptop will get her thru 4 years of college and beyond. At the prices that were advertised, it was too hard of a deal not to pass up.

The only issue I have with this model is constantly getting the “too much app storage at once” error only when having adobe and iMessages open and it causes the system to crash.

I wanted to get a computer for my granddaughter that graduated from High School. She’s going to college in the fall. The staff were very helpful in assisting with this purchase. I went two times before I decided and both times the staff were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. My granddaughter loves it!

I bought this for my granddaughter who is attending college in the fall. She was super excited to receive it. It’s perfect all around. My granddaughter is a very happy camper!

I called Best Buy because of the trust Ive always had in your staff. My Macbook was stolen and it was very stressful. I wanted and needed to replace it. I’m 75 and no longer working and do not have much money. So I told the salesgirl on the phone i needed to finance the purchase . We went through all the details and I felt satisfied with the deal. I asked when my payments would be made and she then replied “payments”? Oh! We dont finance anything on the phone. I charged your bank the full amount !” I was not prepared for that. I live in Mexico and can’t come into a store. And my bank account was low. I told her to please cancel the order. When I checked with my bank the next day, imagine my shock to see my account had been charged for TWO computers! I called your store immediately and spoke to someone who told me a mistake had been made snd he would take care of it. I assumed it was handled. That afternoon I got a message from Best Buy that my otder was going to be delivered that day! It was already in its way. This was the Chula Vista store and my mailing service thst brings me my packages is in Chula Vista. I checked my bank account again and one was cancelled but not the other one and it went through full price. It was very upsetting to me sfter everything Ive been through. I was not treated the way I deserved to be. And your staff handled this very poorly.
