    Initial purchase was great. But, When i tried to include this into my best buy total membership - I had the worst experience with best buy and unfortunately i am not satisfied with the best buy service for this product.

    Not packaged the best, the box was all beat up and on top of that the Macbook was dirty. Full of fingerprints and food crumbs?? Insane. Even if it was an open box product, you'd fully expect them to at least clean it. Shipping was not great. The laptop itself was in good condition, but that's the minimum expectation if I paid for one in excellent condition. Had heard that their refurbished and open box products were a bit sketchy, so thankfully my experience was not as bad as others I've seen. Definitely won't buy any pricy tech from them online again...

    The laptop is great, but be wary of delivery. Best buy uses this service called "Roadie" that provides little transparency as to when you can expect your order to be delivered. I'd recommend picking up in store.

    Making the switch from pc to Mac is definitely an experience but the laptop is excellent and haven’t had any issues yet

    This unit is a budget replacement for my MacBook Pro. The Bluetooth does not recognize some of my devices. The speed is fine. It didn't sync some of my files. Positives - the look is clean, lightweight and decent graphics.
