Was told was good for gaming then tried and was terrible.

The screen only lasted me 4 months. I don't understand if it hits or if it fell

Terrible I couldn’t use it to go to school as it won’t download Kali or autopsy. I think for the price it needs to step up there game if they want people to use it for cybersecurity school.

Thisna great laptop. The battery life is beyond compare. I find myself bot charging for days at time. It responds quickly with with incomparable M chips and no messing around with virus and updates that slows you device down like windows. Worht every penny.

geek competence varied greatly between employees. It was also clear they did not understand the key differences between my 10 yr old Macbook and the latest model.

Not many options. I got this one. Set up was difficult. Locked me out and had to go to apple to get back in. Bad idea to purchase this laptop if it’s having troubles the day I turn it on

Im mad i brought this and it just went on dale. They should offer a refund on the price difference.

Bad delivery in wrong item I contact Best Buy they don’t help me

I purchased this MacBook for my daughter and she loves it. She loves the design and color that is on the top and says it is faster than the one she had. This MacBook is much lighter and meets every expectations that she had and needed in her line of work. She is very pleased with this MacBook Air 13.6" laptop.

Worst laptop ever. I should have went with my instinct and bought another windows or dell. I I could trade this in I’d do it in a heart beat

I bought open box as it said excellent condition. I took the laptop to India and was away for 25 days so could not return back but the charging cable was not working. Highly disappointed

This stoppped working after 4 days of purchasing. I took it back to Best Buy and the manager looked at me and said it’s nothing they can do!!

Pretty but Not worth the hype or price. Sales person was the biggest reason for this comment .He acted like spending almost 2k was being cheap. And was annoyed with any questions.

Not the best option. Open a few applications and swap shoots to like crazy and can impact long term usage of the device
