Laptop works great I haven’t had any issues with it.

I thought I was getting a good deal by buying on black friday but it is the same amount now that it was on black friday except now they are offering more add-ons like free apple music, gift cards, etc. If I would have just bought from Apple I would have gotten the free Apple music, free airpods, and a $250 gift card so that is the part I am disappointed in. Otherwise, the laptop itself is great and functions well. My last Macbook lasted me 9 years before it finally died so I am hoping this one lasts me too.

Was a complete nightmare purchased this in-store told it will be delivered before Christmas UPS driver delivered to my house inform me that the package was loaded on his truck the way he was delivering it to me. Box was wide open laptop missing first was told another one was gonna be delivered in a few days never came called back told me I can go pick it up at a location 30 miles away. That had the laptop. I agreed waiting for the email to go pick it up email never came called up numerous times was given the runaround. told them I needed the package. It was a gift. Finally, I was told I can only get a refund and that hasn’t happened yet completely disgusted.

It was ok until I Had a problem of it freezing. Returned it and got an updated one. Other than that it was a good computer.

Honestly returned this product from Best Buy and ordered from Apple, I needed more than 8gb of RAM for my tasks Otherwise designed well and looks sleek

The Apple computer I purchased is wonderful. But what was more wonderful was the service I received at the Denver West store from management to Geek Squad employees. They are top notch and went above and beyond their duty to make sure I was properly and perfectly taken care of.

As always too pricy for what offers. Not a 4K processor is average sound is not that loud, connections are limited

I received this laptop as an excellent condition like new supposedly but I got a fair or looked less than a fair condition only saved like 20 bucks and no cables what a mess, the only reason I got an open box because they didn't have a new one this color, when I returned it to get a new one, price went up and Best Buy didn't want to grant me the price deal they had when I bought it..DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY OPEN BOX IS A TOTAL SCAM..!!!

Very pleased with this purchase. It also only took 2 business days from the time I made the purchase, to the time I got the product.

Setup did not go well. Went to the local best buy store to get help from the geek squad but was told they could not help me until next Thursday. So much for the $199 total .. package care.

Crashes, everytime i use my finger print to unlock screen flashes and wont turn on i have to click it again then it turns on, and only 8 gigs of ram in todays world i had 8 gig back in 2008 also gets hot enough to burn your leg

They note the wrong purchase day and the device price is reduce after my purchase. Plus, the memebership is hard to cancel.

My daughter uses this for college. It's a part of her. She carries it where ever she goes and watches Youtube or the Dish Network app. Plus she got a 4.0 her first semester. I'm sure this Macbook had something to do with it

This is the first I am using MacBook Laptop, really it was nice experience and I am enjoying the laptop.

Easy to carry, nice looking, give users warm feelings with changing wallpaper daytime and night time.

This new 13.6" MacBook Air with the M2 chip is living up to the "rave reviews" that prompted me to purchase it, replacing a much older 13.3" MacBook Air, and Geek Squad did a good job of migrating data from the older model to the new model. My use so far has been just for internet browsing and music (Safari) and documents (Pages) but I expect that more demanding uses will also go smoothly. Built-in speakers are surprisingly good.

I love this MacBook. This is my second MacBook. Purchased my first in 2014. It still runs great, just wanted the latest. I’m so happy with the Apple products. I had to have a new MacBook Air.
