Fantastic laptop, just a little underpowered for my needs, so I’m going to return it and get one with 16 GB memory 

Disappointing that it took 10 days to arrive, and was missing the square to plug the power cable in.

Is the first time that I had a bad experience with an Apple laptop

BN used to be the Gold Medal winner for service. Now just awful. Bought device and within return window it went on sale. Went to store , said they couldn’t do on store( never issue before). Called the 800 number spent 20 min on phone, was told it was resolved. Waited a week and never given price match. Now out of luck. Just horrid service and never used to be the case.

The product is great! The only issue is that I ordered a different charger than the one I received.

not enough preparation time with the geek squad to ensure I could do basic functions

The screen for this Mac SUCKS. And all Apple products for that matter. I have never owned an apple product where the screen hasn't broken or been scratched within the first 3 months. Clearly Apple uses sub-standard screens in all of their high dollar products. Never going to buy one again. The very expensive product becomes a piece of trash too easily.

Maca are always a luxtury experuence. But force the orice there are much better alternatives

not my type of computer, windows all the way......

I bought this item less that a month ago, I am already having issues with the keyboard. It’s not typing anymore… I only used it like Four times… It’s a headache. Now I have to take to the gigs to find out the problem.

My 17yo daughter is very happy and is setfor the next few years of college.

We are still trying to figure out how to set up and access our old websites on our new Mac. We have taken it back (along with our old computer), however when we get home it is soon difficult to get to all our sites. We Erik be taking it back to Best Buy for more help with the Geek Squad.

Long time MacBook Pro user. Disappointed, MacBook air. Computer feels plastic and cheap. Would never buy another MacBook Air.

Rather surprised how horribly it works as my first apple laptop, 1 day in and the fingerprint scanner never works on top of it being half as fast as any Microsoft ive used even like 5 years ago

It’s an amazing device but so complicated at the same time. I loved it and hated it. I probably would have enjoyed it more if i didnt grow up on windows. The OS just felt so complicated and slow.

So I needed a new school laptop because I knew I needed one to finish high school with since the school issued one was starting to get slow after 4 years. So I was looking for laptops online and watching the reviews. The laptop that I kept getting recommended for school was a MacBook. A lot of people told me that the software was going to be a change I wouldn't be able to get used to as opposed to windows. I have used windows for as long as I can remember so I took the risk. That risk ended up being one of my favorite decisions. For starters, I thought that the reviews were over-exaggerating the battery life and I can personally vouch that the battery life is beyond amazing. I use my MacBook everyday for about 5 periods a day (about 3 hours at school) and the battery barely goes down. On top of that I come home and I like to use it to watch YouTube and do homework and watch Netflix and the battery life prevails. I can go on average 2-4 days worth of usage without having to charge it. My next favorite thing about it is the screen. The screen display is so fluid and truly beautiful. The colors are very vibrant and among the best screen I have seen on a device. If that wasn't reason enough it works so good with my iPhone and my AirPods. My AirPods can seamlessly connect from my MacBook to my iPhone and vice versa. The keyboard is great it feels nice I lowkey prefer it over the past windows laptops I have had. As of now I've been using it for 3 months now and I haven't had a single issue with heating. I normally use it on a table or desk but I do often use my Mac on my lap and I haven't once felt a temperature change even when I have like 6 or 7 tabs open simultaneously. The one and only downside would be that gaming isn't meant for the Mac so if you were to get this laptop just now that gaming isn't really ideal. But besides that it's the best laptop I have used and it is super efficient especially for school. And not just for school but entertainment as well like YouTube, Netflix, and etc. Take it from me as a student myself.

I was told to by apple care for 3 years i dont know y .i will review after 3 years hope this works till then any laptop over $1500 should be good for 3 yrs .
