Everything about this laptop is amazing and has run perfectly since I bought it. The battery life is amazing and lasts an entire work day or two easily. Thin and light, keyboard is great. M2 chip has great performance and is truly impressive. Great laptop if you're looking for something easy to cart around that also has great performance.

Just upgraded my wife from her M1 Touch Bar MacBook Pro, and this was a most welcomed upgrade. It’s light, it’s portable, and it’s powerful. The updated webcam, the updated design, it all equals greatness. My wife is in education and this is more than enough for her workload. I’m considering upgrading my M1 Pro to the 15 inch MB Air.

Coming from a 2019 16 inch MBP with an i9 and 5500, which was getting tested and overheating during programming sessions, i wanted something lighter, cooler and faster. This little beast with the 8/512 config gave me all of that as well looks to die for. I watch a LOT of reviews that told me to avoid the midnight color becauee its delicate and scratches easily and im glad i ignored them all. It’s absolutely gorgeous and is worth a little extra tlc.

I finally broke down and purchased a new Apple MacBook Air laptop. Learning the changes from a PC are not hard and the switch to consolidate with my iPhone and iPad make the transition easier. I went with the larger 512GB SSD as the only negative for me is that you cannot add memory to it. Very happy with battery life and speed, I recommend it

Finally upgraded from my 2015 macbook pro and the difference has been positively chaotic. The speeds and fluidity of the internals to the screen. With a smooth flat body, this macbook is truly versatile and convenient while housing a ton of power under the hood.

Fast, compact, beautiful display. Love that MagSafe is back. All day lasting battery. The 512GB hard drive is definitely much faster than the 256GB plus the extra storage. I don't see all these fingerprints that people have said the blue attracts. Love running iPad apps on the M2 chip. Excellent laptop.

MacBook Air M2 is an excellent product. Note that I am coming from a MacBook Air 2012 so the difference is outstanding. The MacBook Air M2 does show finger prints so I highly recommend a case if that will annoy you. The device is a bit heavier than my Samsung Galaxy Book Flex. The size is somewhat comparable. The battery life on the MacBook Air M2 is great. I find myself not needing to charge for a few days. That being said, I only use my MacBook for work, which can be up to 4 hours of spreadsheet, email and Teams use. The camera for Teams is just fine. I myself do not need to be on 4K photo shoots so whatever camera is in this device is just fine for me. I have easily attached my iPad Pro as a secondary screen. I have easily attached a bluetooth mouse and keyboard. Everything works SO easily with my MacBook system. Oddly, I have two Samsung smart TVs. My Samsung Book Flex computer has ongoing multiple issues when trying to connect. My MacBook...no issues. AirPods Pro connect easily to MacBook Air M2. Again, I primarily use my MacBook Air M2 for work. I do play PacMan and I do watch Disney + on the MacBook Air M2. No issues whatsoever. I do not notice a lag due to no fan, however, I am not a power user by any means. I am not using the MacBook Air M2 for Tik Tok, Facebook, or any social media. I assume it would work just fine.

From the perspective of a 78 year old Techie, MACBook AIR is Amazing, with M2 processor, 512GB storage, and 8GB dedicated Memory. I thought I was going to send this guy back as it was being shipped. But NO, this is a definite keeper. In Silver, it’s clean and thin. It’s fast and does not overheat, as I PodCasted with it this morning with a RODE Podcaster II attached for audio processing, plus three live Cameras attached, running ecamm Live. No problems for the M2 processor and only 8GB memory. I thought 16GB was necessary. Not so 8GB is quite sufficient. I bought the 3year Apple service, knowing this is 100% solid-state. Also Battery Life is Hefty, and the new MagSafe power plug for energy source is perfect to permit 2 open USB-C sockets on the left side, headphones on right side

I absolutely love the M2. Plenty of power for my needs, quicker than anything in this price range. I can easily do everything I need from documents/spreadsheets to coding and video editing. I did get the 512 middle one simply for the bigger ssd as well as the additional 2 extra GPU cores. Definitely worth the investment.

After more than six months of using the M2 MacBook Air, I have to say it's really impressed me. It's fast. It has incredible battery life. It's lightweight. It's quiet, because it doesn't need a fan. Yes there's a notch in the top center of the display, but that just opens up more room for useful space compared to the previous models. For most people, this laptop is everything they'll ever need. I've been a Mac fan for a long time because the operating system is easy to use and work with; you don't have to worry about anything, it just gets out of your way. When it comes to build quality, the M2 MacBook Air feels very solid, as I've come to expect from Mac. The keyboard works great, the trackpad is large and has useful gestures. Oh, and the wonderful MagSafe charger is here too. Really my only complaint is that it only has 8 GB of RAM. This hasn't caused me any actual trouble, but I still think it would put my mind more at ease if there was more. Overall, it's a great computer.

As a student using the MacBook Air M2, I've found it to be a fantastic companion for my studies. The laptop's lightweight design makes it incredibly easy to carry around campus, fitting effortlessly into my backpack. The battery life is a major plus; I can go through an entire day of classes and still have enough juice left for evening study sessions without needing to plug in. The performance is more than adequate for everything I do, from writing papers and creating presentations to conducting research online. Even when I dabble in some photo editing or video projects, the M2 chip handles these tasks smoothly without any lag, which has been a real game-changer for keeping up with my multimedia assignments.
