The MacBook has been difficult a transition from windows. I also dislike how the cover shows fingerprints making it look dirty all of the time.

The picture and sound quality is one of best out there. Sure you can buy a cheaper one, like I did. But when you get this laptop, you’ll realize how much you were missing out on.

Good computer but access points are limited( ie ubs ports). You need to buy an adapter to hookup a cd burner etc.

Open box excellent but it looks and works like a brand new MacBook.

MacBook seems very well put together and is extremely fast. Easy setup and of course hope to get many years of use from it

Love this product and I got it for a great price would definitely recommend getting a MacBook at Best Buy versus the Apple store.

M2 is a lot better then the M1 and there are plenty of hardware improvements including the return of magsafe. Main issues are the last of two external monitor support (thats locked behind the M2 Pro chip) and I dont understand how they still get away with 8 GB on a Mac. Really they should be doing 12GB or 16GB for system memory. DDR5 now comes in non-binary densities so you can get two six gb chips or two 8 gb chips. There is no reason to try and use memory compression hacks in this day and age for anything other then a chromebook or tablet. The not supporting 2 external displays alone knocks it down one full star. I should be able to close the lid of the laptop and it should be able to drive that 2nd display even though the old intel airs could drive 3 displays at once. Its amazing how this basic productivity thing in a computer is pay-walled.

Not very happy with the charger, I don’t like having different chargers for my phone and my laptop

Ima. Student amd this is hamddowns the best laptop in a LONG time. One of my favorite features if tje fact that it is a fanless design, meaning i can use the laptop in bed with no risk of overheating
