    Niece started classes last week at Purdue. First day of class came home complaining her azus laptop and iPad were too slow. We have to do something cause she can’t work like this. She’s got to have a MacBook. Hasn’t complained since. Also, hasn’t really put it down.

    Excellent customer service. Purchased a MacBook Air 13 inch in Denver Colorado to take as a gift to my daughter in Florida and the color was not the color that she wanted and so the Best Buy store in Fort Lauderdale was most accommodating and making a color change immediately. Everyone was happy and it was very easy.

    Fast, Swift service I was in & out because I already knew what I wanted, unfortunately the first MacBook I bought was defective but when I went back to Best Buy to let them know they helped me replace it with a new one & were very helpful!

    I love my laptop, it’s extremely reliable. I love being able to connect all my devices easily like AirPods and iPhone. I also have an iPad and loving using it as a screen monitor screen for my Mac book

    I like it-- I'm having trouble linking an external drive I used to download data from my old PC laptop to this new Mac. I also have found that the cursor jumps if my hand gets too close to the mouse pad. Power and size are great tho. Still re-learning the Mac system after being forced onto PCs at work back in the 1990s
